Yeah, finally went through and got rid of some of the seriously old garbage in my gallery. One part catharsis to two parts "I just don't draw anywhere near that anymore, and it's somewhat of an eyesore".

More recent garbage that I didn't terribly like but didn't dislike enough to delete was scrapped instead.



In a way, being a self concious artist (ie: one that knows their own failings) is like being in a special sort of hell. I mean, just a few years ago I was not merely happy with that schlub, but PROUD of it. Now... I don't even have much liking for what's on my front page, and given how badly I've neglected drawing (I got stupidly busy at one point, dropped the pencil, and never really took it back up), it still represents the best of what I can do :/



(Said schlub included one piece that I'm preeeetty damn sure made me seem stalkeriffic to this girl I had a crush on a few years back. I can't believe I was naive enough to post that here, let alone draw it. Let alone actually give it to her. Hindsight is more than 20/20, it's goddamn prophetic.)
